MÜNCHENSTIFT's Whistleblower System

Responsible, sustainable and lawful conduct is an integral part of MÜNCHENSTIFT's values. Our whistleblower system is open to all employees, business partners, customers and other third parties to provide information about specific or potential violations of the law and to file complaints.

Help us identify risks at an early stage so that we can address them and, if necessary, take appropriate countermeasures.

This whistleblower system is intended for reports according to the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and complaints according to the German Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains Act (LkSG).

For reports within the meaning of general complaints management, please contact info@muenchenstift.de.

How to submit a report

  1. Click on the 'Submit Report' button and fill in all the required fields.
  2. After submitting a report, you will have access to a secure and encrypted mailbox. This allows you to communicate anonymously with our whistleblower office. You will also receive an acknowledgement of receipt within a week.
  3. We will then review the facts of the case and contact you if necessary. If you decide to provide your name, your identity will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with the law.
  4. If a suspicion is confirmed, we will work with you to find a solution.
  5. We will keep you informed of the progress or conclusion of the case. The processing time depends on the individual case and may take from a few days to several months. However, we will do our best to complete the investigation as quickly as possible

Thank you very much for your help!
